  Size Range: Customizable outer diameter, wall thickness, and length. Standard sizes 108–508mm OD, 4–30mm thickness, 3m/6m lengths, with large diameters up to DN300–DN3000mm.

• Our steel casing is a core supporting product for deep drilling and various high-pressure, complex working conditions. Its main function is to support borehole walls in deep wells, prevent collapse, isolate high-pressure formations and different media layers, and protect drilling tools and borehole safety. It can also serve as a channel for fluid and gas production, making it suitable for multi-field pipeline protection applications.

  Backed by strong manufacturing capability, the product is produced using a three-roll hydraulic plate rolling machine with progressive forming. Roundness is calibrated in real time using arc templates (roundness deviation ≤4‰D). From raw material procurement to final inspection, every process is strictly controlled according to international standards. It is certified under the ISO9000 quality management system and holds a national special equipment manufacturing license for pressure pipelines, ensuring stable and reliable performance of each casing. It is fully suitable for surface casing, technical casing, and production casing in oil and gas extraction, as well as casing for geological exploration and municipal trenchless crossing projects, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
