The HDPE Electrofusion 90° Elbow is a key fitting in HDPE piping systems, designed to achieve 90-degree pipeline direction changes. It is manufactured using integrated injection molding technology, ensuring stable structure and reliable performance.
It features a smooth inner wall, strong sealing performance, and secure connections. Widely used in various fluid transportation projects, it is an ideal solution for efficient and safe pipeline direction changes.
Working Principle
The HDPE Electrofusion fitting uses an embedded electric heating coil. When energized, it generates heat to melt the HDPE material at the joint between the fitting and the pipe.
After cooling, a seamless and integrated connection is formed. This method is simple to operate, less affected by environmental and human factors, and offers higher reliability than traditional hot-melt fittings. It is widely used in applications such as gas pipeline systems.
