Production process
1. Raw material preparation: The main raw material of PVC Drainage pipe is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, and an appropriate amount of stabilizer, lubricant, filler, color enhancer, etc. will be added to ensure the physical and chemical properties and durability of the pipe.
2. Extrusion molding: The mixed raw materials are extruded and molded by a plastic extruder. This process involves heating the raw materials to a molten state and then extruding them through a mold to form the initial shape of the pipe.
3. Cooling: The extruded pipe undergoes a cooling process, usually by a vacuum pump, to ensure the stability and quality of the pipe.
4. Cutting: At the end of the assembly line, a ring cutter is used to cut the cooled pipe into standard lengths to meet different usage requirements.
5. Quality inspection: The cut pipe will undergo quality inspection (QC) to ensure that it meets quality standards. Qualified PVC pipes will be sent to the warehouse for final inspection, labeling, and finally sold on the market.
