Electrofusion Working Principle

 

Based on proven electrofusion technology, a welding machine supplies electric current to the embedded copper coils inside the fitting. The electrical resistance generates heat, melting both the inner surface of the fitting and the outer surface of the pipe simultaneously.

After cooling, a seamless, integrated joint is formed with strength higher than the pipe itself. This ensures excellent sealing performance, prevents leakage, and guarantees safe and reliable system operation.

Installation Notes

Selection: Ensure correct material selection based on corrosion resistance, pressure rating, and temperature requirements to match working conditions and avoid safety risks.
