HDPE irrigation pipes are new-type plastic irrigation pipes made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. HDPE is a high-crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin, which is milky white in its original state and has a certain translucency in thin sections. Henan Lukuang Trade's HDPE irrigation pipes strictly follow international standards and hold full certifications including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, CE, BS EN 12201 and WRAS, ensuring that the product quality meets the standards and complies with the safety requirements for irrigation engineering.
The products are molded through processes such as extrusion, sizing, cooling and cutting, with good corrosion resistance, excellent impact resistance, seismic performance and good environmental performance. They can adapt to various farmland irrigation environments without additional anti-corrosion equipment, replace traditional irrigation pipes, and have outstanding cost performance. The inner and outer walls of the pipes are smooth, without protrusions or depressions, and have strong liquid transportation capacity, which is 0.6-0.7 times that of galvanized iron pipe systems of the same diameter. It can effectively reduce water flow resistance, reduce pipe pressure loss and water transmission energy consumption, and meet the core needs of farmland irrigation.
Environmentally Friendly: Hygienic and non-toxic, no heavy metal stabilizers are added during processing, no scale, algae growth and other microorganisms will be generated during use, and no secondary pollution will be caused to water quality; HDPE material can be recycled and reused, which conforms to the national environmental protection concept.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: It has extremely high corrosion resistance, can resist the corrosion of various chemical liquids without additional anti-corrosion equipment, and is suitable for various water quality environments in farmland.
Impact and Seismic Resistance: It can maintain an extremely low brittle temperature even at low temperatures, with excellent impact and seismic performance, can adapt to uneven foundation settlement, and reduce the risk of brittle cracking of pipes during winter construction.
