Project Background

A large mining project needs to lay 6,500 meters of drainage and slag discharge pipes for discharging mine groundwater, slag wastewater and waste residue. The mine has complex terrain and severe corrosive environment, limited construction conditions and lack of large construction equipment. The original ordinary steel pipes suffered from serious corrosion, wear and blockage after 4 years of use. The customer urgently needs a wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, convenient construction pipeline solution that meets international standards and can be directly imported in bulk.

Product Adaptation and Implementation Details

Combined with the complex mine working conditions and drainage and slag discharge needs, we customized HDPE drainage and slag discharge pipes with specifications DN160-DN400mm and pressure class PN16-PN25, with a total length of 6,500 meters, matched with HDPE wear-resistant fittings, large-diameter valves and anti-blockage interfaces. The products are made of PE100 special wear-resistant raw materials added with wear-resistant agents, with wall thickness 10.0-25.4mm, ring stiffness ≥12kN/m², excellent wear resistance, friction coefficient 0.008, working pressure 1.6-2.5MPa, resistant to acid, alkali and heavy metal corrosion. They comply with international mining engineering standards and have passed CE certification, can be directly exported, and adapt to the harsh mine use environment.
